Before You Apply

I work with B2B companies that meet these criteria:

  • Annual revenue between ₹5 Crore and ₹350 Crore+
  • Product-market fit achieved (customers exist, revenue exists)
  • Revenue still depends on founder or small number of people
  • Founder/leadership committed to building systems, not just hiring
  • Operating in India, Middle East, or Southeast Asia

I review all applications personally. If there's a fit, I'll reach out within 48 hours.
